Performance management
We provide guidelines to our clients’ managers on how to manage poor performance within their teams in line with company policy and best practice, as well as providing coaching tips and guidance on how to give feedback. We promote employee well-being and provide professional HR advice on a broad range of people issues in order to ensure a climate of high performance and positive morale to our clients. We manage performance against set targets and competencies, as well as drive high performance culture.
We develop efficient systems in collecting information on performance, as well as gathering and analysing cross-functional performance data. We present statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions and design and review policies related to employee performance. We lead, develop and inspires teams, as well as provide training and development to managers on best practices. We identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance and setting performance objectives and updating as necessary.
