HR policies and procedures that align with legislation (LRA,BCEA, EEA)
We provide a day-to-day advisory service to the company on employment related issues and labour law encompassing a blend of pragmatism and best practice HR, ensuring consistency in application and adherence to company policy. We provide expert advice on relevant practices, systems and tools to business units of our clients to ensure sound employee relations. We develop guidelines and policies in order to implement and comply with the relevant Legislations (LRA, BCEA, EE Act, SDA etc.). We identify and address issues that may create barriers to transformation and community development, as well as building functional relationships in line with company’s transformation agenda and strategy. We also draft policies and procedures for HRM approval. Thereafter we implement HR related policies and procedures. We ensure company compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
Employment Equity
We compile, implement and monitor departmental and company Employment Equity plans, as well as driving Management of diversity around business objectives and ensuring that the plans comply with legislative requirements. We ensure continuous engagement with all relevant stakeholders (community and government) to forge and maintain cordial relations. We also help with DTI and BEE Monthly and annual reports, as well as maintain and improve relationships with key stakeholders. We manage labour stability by minimising labour turnover.
